Below is a list of questions I’ve received at a high enough frequency. My answer to some of these questions may change over time, so I will try to keep this list updated as much as possible.

Drawings

  1. Do you sell original drawings?

    I am currently in the process of constructing a system to sell original drawings.

  2. There is a drawing I’ve seen of yours that is not in the prints shop. Do you sell prints of this drawing?

    Usually, I am only selling what is in the shop. However, if you’d like a print of a drawing not readily available in the shop, feel free to reach out to me via email or Instagram. I can’t guarantee the production of the print but I will do my best.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. What locations do you ship to?

    Orders are currently only accepted within the US.

  2. How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

    Orders placed will take around 1-3 business days to process. Once an order is processed, it may take between 2-8 business days to arrive.

  3. Can I track my order?

    Yes, tracking numbers should be provided upon order confirmations. Please check the email you used to place the order to check your order’s tracking number. If your order confirmation did not contain a tracking number, please contact me to receive a tracking number.

  4. I accidentally entered the wrong address in my order. Is there a way to change it?

    Please make sure to double check your shipping information before placing an order to ensure everything is correct. Once an order has entered production, I cannot guarantee any changes to shipping information.

Orders and Refunds

  1. Refunds/ Order Cancellations:

    Please note that once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. I recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submission to avoid any issues. If you have questions or concerns about an order, please contact me immediately for assistance.

    Note: I reserve the right to refund any order at my discretion.
